The previous '🙈 Hide off-topic (232)' label was confusing — the emoji and
'off-topic' jargon didn't make the action obvious. Now a plain two-state
toggle: 'Signals only' (collapse non-crypto posts) ⇄ 'Show all'. Tooltip
still notes how many off-topic posts are hidden. Pure copy change — filter
logic untouched. Verified in browser: toggle collapses/restores correctly.

Off-topic posts are the bulk of the Trump feed but carry no signal. Before,
each rendered as a full-size card identical to real signals, making the feed
long and sparse and burying the ~15 actionable posts.
Now noise posts (.post-row.noise) render as a compact, recessed two-column
row: sunk background, 22px dimmed avatar, no aside column, tight padding,
smaller text. The lone floating 'SKIPPED' tag is gone (the meta-line
'off-topic · not crypto' chip already conveys it). Real signal cards are
unchanged — they now visually pop against the muted noise rows.
Verified in the browser: ~6 noise rows per screen (was ~3 cards), and the
'Hide off-topic' toggle collapses to a clean signal-only stream.

Lets the user collapse every post the AI judged off-topic (not crypto-related,
never scored) so the feed shows only real signals.
- PostCards exports isAiScored(post) as the single source of truth for what
counts as noise — the card de-emphasis and the list filter now share it, so
they can never disagree.
- TrumpPageClient: 'Hide off-topic (N)' toggle in the filter row (only shown
when N>0), with live noise count. Resets to page 1 on toggle.

Money-safety/accuracy bug: analytics computed total P&L, win rate, drawdown,
and every metric over ALL trades regardless of is_paper. A user who tried
paper mode then went live saw simulated and real P&L summed into one number
on the page whose entire purpose is 'did the bot make REAL money'.
Now: split trades by is_paper. Default to LIVE. A Live/Paper toggle appears
only when the wallet has both; otherwise auto-pick whichever exists. Paper
view shows a prominent 'SIMULATED — not real-money results' banner. All
metrics derive from the selected mode's trades only.
Also: BotConfigPanel handleUpgradeToLive copy now states Auto-Trade is forced
OFF on the paper→live switch (matches backend subscribe.py safety reset).

The analytics page had the same view-envelope gap just fixed on the trades
page: a connected wallet that hadn't first visited Settings only saw "Private
performance is locked" with no way to unlock in place. Added an "Unlock
performance" button that mints a view_user envelope (one signature, no gas) —
which both /performance and /trades accept — then reloads. Public
signal-accuracy still loads regardless. Refactored the loader to a reusable
loadAll(forcedEnv?) with an aliveRef guard, mirroring TradesPageClient.
Verified backend contracts unchanged: /performance accepts view_performance
or view_user; /signals/accuracy still returns overall + by_signal +

Pre-launch audit findings (frontend):
- trades: unlock private history in-page. TradesPageClient only read a CACHED
view envelope, so a connected user who hadn't visited Settings first saw
"load settings once to unlock" with no way forward. Added an explicit
"Unlock trade history" button that mints the view envelope via
getOrCreateViewEnvelope (one signature, no gas) and reloads — no detour.
- wagmi: broaden connector from injected({target:'metaMask'}) to generic
injected(). The MetaMask pin made Rabby / Coinbase ext / Brave / Frame / OKX
and non-MetaMask browsers fail to connect. wagmi v2 EIP-6963 discovery covers
all injected wallets; still uses the native provider path (not the MM SDK).
- sitemap: drop /settings. It was emitted in sitemap.xml while robots.ts
disallows it — a self-contradicting crawler signal. Private pages stay out
of both.
- docs: note the app runs on port 3001 (package.json), not 3000. The CLAUDE.md
verify sweep targeted 3000 and would have reported every page as down.
- routing: COMMIT the Next.js 16 migration that was sitting uncommitted —
delete middleware.ts, add root proxy.ts (next-intl createMiddleware), update
next-env.d.ts. Vercel deploys from git, so leaving proxy.ts untracked would
have shipped the old routing. `next build` confirms "Proxy (Middleware)" is
active and all routes compile. tsc clean.

overflow-x:clip on html+body caused a browser layout loop → continuous
flashing. Correct fix: only set overflow-x:hidden on html (the real
scroll container). Leaving body without overflow-x means body won't
become a secondary scroll container, so position:sticky on the navbar
works correctly without the layout loop.

User flagged the macro index box on the overview page as feeling
disjointed. Reshaped it from three stacked elements (band → track →
scale) into a single bordered card so it reads as ONE component.
- JSX: wrap the three pieces in <div className="overview-macro-card">
- CSS: new .overview-macro-card with tone-coloured rim (bull/bear/neutral)
- Solid neutral-gray filled needle (was a hollow ring — looked like a
placeholder); tone-coloured background + white inner ring + double
shadow so it stands out on any gradient position
- Removed the .overview-score-fill overlay — the gradient already
encodes the spectrum; layering an opaque fill obscured it near 0
- Thinner track (14px vs 22px), tighter scale labels, smaller pill
- Added "TODAY · 8 INDICATORS" stamp next to the title — gives users
a quick anchor of what they're looking at + freshness
Plus: dark-mode override for .overview-stat-card.accent (the Performance
card). It was using a cream gradient that floated as a glaring
out-of-theme block on dark mode. Mirrored the existing .kpi.accent dark
treatment so it stays visually grouped with the rest of the dashboard.
Also includes the in-flight overview rewrite from the other AI tool
(legacy /btc redirect to /macro, middleware.ts replacing proxy.ts for
Next.js routing, refactored several dashboard panels). TypeScript clean,
production build passes.

DashboardClient.tsx
• Hero price read lastCandle.close (REST candle, frozen until user
changes asset/tf). WebSocket livePrices was set but never read.
Now: livePrice ?? lastCandle.close.
• "+21.84% · 4H" was (last_close - first_open) / first_open over
the entire candle window. limit=200 + tf=4H = 33 days shown as
"4H". Find candle closest to now-24h, label "24h" consistently.
ChartPanel.tsx
• Chart only re-rendered on candles prop change. Live WS ticks
ignored. Added useEffect calling series.update() with
livePrices[asset] on every tick.
analytics/page.tsx
• reduce(sum + trade.pnl_usd) when pnl_usd is null → NaN poison.
• Math.max/min over null cast to 0 → bogus "best/worst trade".
• Win-rate denominator counted null-pnl trades as losses.
• calcDrawdownPct had the same null poisoning.
Fix: gate aggregations on priced subset only.
